Pulte Home Builders Corporation - screw thru A/C PVC Drain pipe MB cabinets ruined and 3 holes in bedroom wall San Antonio Texas
During construction, 9 years ago, the electrical fixture contractor mounted the MB mirror or light fixture with the screw going thru the A/C overflow pipe.
It held tight apparently, but last month, apparently due to corrosion, it finally began leaking.
Totally ruined the cabinet bases and the baseboards.
Can only pray there's no mold damage.
Pulte Cust Relations Mgr has been out twice, but called today and said he was sorry, but the "house is nine years old" so the warranty is no good.
I explained it's not a matter of poor parts, failing parts, etc, it's a matter of workmanship via the subcontractor, and the site manager missed it.
