Public Storage Illegal Billing and Lazy Customer Service- Julie Turner the "corporate manager" doesn't do her job- Ignores customers Los Angeles CA
We have had a billing issue with Public Storage since September of last year. They continued to bill me AFTER the unit had already been re-rented, according to one of the employees. Every time I call over there, (useless people who don't want to do their job) they give me other numbers to call, all of which never answer their phones and never return my call. So far, I've been billed 5 months AFTER it's been re-rented
