Progressive insurance Rip off
Had full coverage Paid 13995.00 for car 7 months later car stolen Progressive left me stranded a week before authorizing rental car Paid 5000.00 towards claim Said I needed GAP insurance for remainder of car and needed to use home owners insurance for belongings in car. So need insurance for your full coverage car insurance and home owners insurance for your car. Lied and said I had Gap insurance, overnighted power of atty letter...kept car Then said I didnt have gap insurance. Investigated me like I was a criminal that stole my own car. Called my family and friends to see I drank whiskey, because whiskey was found in the car... Fraud, lies, terrible devastating traumatizing experience.
