The advertisement says "Get a FREE copy of your credit report". Do this, and you are automatically enrolled as a member to receive notification when information is entered on your credit report, etc. The problem comes when you try to cancel the membership (which by the way, costs $59.95 per month) First of all, they never cancel the membership when you call. Then they take the $59.95 out of your account (or charge your credit card, however you signed up) TRY getting it back! I called FIVE times, each time being told that my account would be credited in 2 to 10 business days. Each time being told there was no record of the last time I called. Except the last time, where it did show I cancelled and not to take any more money out, but not that I wanted a refund or that they were processing one. So the customer service rep says she will put a supervisor on the phone, who can get my refund processed faster. After being me on hold for 25 minutes, (I'm sure they thought I'd hang up) I called on my cellular phone and explained that I was on hold for 25 minutes and wanted a supervisor. Finally got one, but guess what? All she could do was put in (ANOTHER) order to refund my money, and guess how long it would take? You got it - 2 to 10 business days!! I intend to call back in 2 days to check the order for a refund and make sure it has been entered. And we'll see in the magic 2 to 10 days if the money goes back to my account.
