Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company promises Instagram Growth Services but beware, they worked for a few months, and then went totally dark, stopped working for a few months, and then expected me to pay for their services even when they didn't deliver anthing! I asked for a refund and they totally refused and said it was my fault even though they admitted that they logged out of my account and didn't do any work for a few months. Then they told me they had my credit card on file and was going to charge it for whatever they pleased and didn't care at all what I had to say etc...shady company and fraudsters! Stay far away from this company everyone.

Please notice how Prismative Media is so eager to respond to these claims publicly but when trying to email them at their gmail account you will never hear back. And by the way, all of their reviews on their website are fake. If you google Prismative Media you will see 5 star reviews on their website but please take a look at the claims on this site. That’s the truth.

Unfortunately there's no regulation for this type of service and it's very difficult to regonise fraudsters - I've more or less had the same experience as Craig. While the company did not threaten to charge me, they certainly did stop working at random periods of time, never fulfilled their end of the bargain in the first place, and did, as Craig said, refuse refunds when they didn't meet their original promises (which CLEARLY says merits full refunds). ZERO transparency, ZERO real impact. As Craig said stay farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr away.

Hey All -

This is the owner here at Elev8 Media and this is an obvious fake report since we don't work with anyone named "Joey from Alabama"!

Also we are a performance-based Advertising Network and we don't charge any clients upfront for anything so it's a total and obvious fake review.

If you want to advertise with us though, its FREE to sign up here below and we'll send you some traffic and you can pay for it on Monthly Net15 or NET30 terms.

We only charge you if you are happy with the leads and traffic we send to your Offers and we'll accept any sort of valid returns for bad data with an industry standard lead return file.

Signup here though if you want to work with an honest company that has a great reputation in the Affiliate Marketing Space since early 2010.

Hey Folks - Don't believe any of this companies lies, they promise to get you followers while charging a monthly fee, and yet they go a few months without working on your account, and then try to charge you for services they don't even provide. I asked for a refund on only the 2 months worth of work where they admitted they didn't do any work, and they flat out refused a refund - which was against their agreed upon terms and conditions upon signing up with them. Here are the terms they went back on folks!!!

Email from them to me about how their services work overall which we agreed upon:

Hey, here's some more info about our service!   I'll give you a rundown, what we do exactly, and how payments work.

We’ll interact with 50+ people in your targeted demographic per day. You would be surprised at what 1,500+ potential leads a month can do.

We only follow users that are relevant to your account. We can interact with your competitors followers, or any location/demographic of your choice for targeted Instagram growth!

We like pictures at peak USA hours.  Since we’re not working 24/7, peak times provide the best growth return. We make sure to specifically focus on content that’s relevant to you to ensure maximum organic Instagram growth.

We leave up to 20 comments on relevant content per day.

Instead of spamming pictures with comments, we leave specific comments that engage the original poster and their readers as well.

Our system works 100% safely. We work within the limits of Instagram. Your account is safe and secure on our service.

We offer 24/7 support, our account representatives will take care of any of your questions or needs you may have.

If we get you poor results (under 500 followers in a month), 100% money back.

We have some clients gaining 100+ followers a day so 500 is definitely very easy to surpass + you already have great content.

The service is $50/month, there is no contract - it's based off a month to month subscription. (Sorry for the big text, I don't know why it happened haha)

Thanks! Look forward to hearing back :)

As you can see based on this email, they don't hold up to their end of things!!!

Best Regards,

Ripped off customer

First of all, this guy filed the report via a fake name. Craig was sent an Email weeks before this problem came about, stating we had been logged out and needed a code in order to log back in. It just so happens that Email went unanswered by Craig. A week or so later he sends an Email in all caps threatening to report the Business to the "masses", etc. If we did not refund his money AND give him free service. He was told and recognized we had in fact contacted him about the login, but that wasn't good enough for him. Don't know what else there's to do. If he had said he wanted a refund, and he'd be done with it - he would have been refunded. But reaching out for a refund, free service and threatening to leave threats for your own mess up isn't going to be honored. He says "Then they told me they had my credit card on file and was going to charge it for whatever they pleased and didn't care at all what I had to say etc" - which just so happens to be another lie. Not once did we say "We have your card on file and are going to charge it for whatever we please", it's sad to leave such extreme lies like that. We said "Your card will be charged, until cancelled" - not once did we say that we'd charge whatever we want. Please don't believe everything you see online.
