WELL, IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 5 YEARS AND I HAVE STILL NOT SEEN THE REFUND OF MY 187.00 THAT THIS COMPANY TOOK FROM ME. I HAVE CONTACTED SEVERAL ATTORNEY'S AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE STIPULATIONS IN THE FINE PRINT AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE PAPER WORK. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PAPER WORK SO THERE WAS NO FINE PRINT FOR ME TO READ. THIS COMPANY ALONG WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY WHO WANTS TO GIVE YOU CREDIT. IF YOU HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT FEE'S AND ANY ANNUAL FEE'S, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I WILL NEVER HAVE A CREDIT CARD AGAIN. WHY SHOULD I PAY SOMEONE TO BE ABLE TO SPEND MY MONEY AND WHY SHOULD I PAY INTEREST FEES ON MY MONEY? I DON'T AND I WON'T!!!!!!! I WOULD ADVISE ANY AND EVEY ONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CHECK WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY AGREEMENTS. GOOD LUCK..

Not long after I sent the letter to the rip off report, I received the packet that Prime One Financial was to send. This was a joke and I was still mad and upset about them taking my money. I called the company again and spoke to a lady there named Charmaine-she stated that it will take 10-12 weeks to get my refund. I told her that was rediculas-it didn't take them 10-12 weeks to take my money from my checking account. The next 3 days were horrible trying to figure out what to do--I finally got it--no not my money back but, a possible solution. I typed a letter to them and treated them with the same attitude they gave me. I sent the package back to them by certified mail. It cost me 7.86 but at least now I know who signed for it and, In a week or 2 I will call them again if I haven't received my refund and get my attorney involved. I will never trust any credit company again--IF I CAN'T PAY CASH I DON'T NEED IT !!!!!!!!! I suggest you do the same..
