COLORADO PRIME FOODS dishonest ripoff business from hell Ohio USA
i just want to inform everyone possible out there on how dishonest colorado prime is.this was our situation.we singed up for a home visit,this guy named mike came to the house.he told us about the food and freezer and blah blah blah but said as a new customer we would get a free set of silverware.we were excited we got the silverware opened it and used it.the the next month i recieved my bill.there was an amout of 300.00 dollars for the silverware.when the whole time i heard free free free.so i called and complained.
it took me forever to get somewhere with them but finally another mike (the manager)of the branch we went through comes to my house.he totally apologizes and offers me another free gift. i said no you will not screw me over again.he insists that that is not what he is doing to please let him make it up to us.we went around about this for a good 20 min.until i agreed.we got the pots and pans offered from him that we supposed to be free and long behold the next month i got my bill and there was a charge for 1500.00.
i flipped i faught with them for hours everyday.the most i could get out of them myself was 450.00.and i had a deadline to agree on that or they wouldnt give me anything so i took it.they also sent me a paper in the mail somebody typed trying to say i agreed that was the end of it.i never signed it because it aint over till the fat lady sings. and please if you havent delt with them yet please dont get yourself in the same boat i am in.
