Premium Nutraceuticals LLC Fraudulent and deceptive Advertising, leading to Rip off Tactics aimed at Pain suffering People. Martinez Georgia
This Business apparently has been able to defraud People since 2010 with no Consequences or Attempts by the US Mail Freud Division of the Postal Service to put them out of Business. Totally false Claims in their Asvertising re: Free Sample, Postage only. I became immediately suspicious when the "Terms and Conditions Page" came up after Trial Order was Placed. I contacted my Bank immediately, 10 Minutes after placing my Order, but was not able to cancell. Terms and Condition Statement is very deceptive and no legitimate Business would write a Refund Policy like that.
When I finally was suggessful reaching a real live Person after severel attempts, I was offered to keep the Product for the Reduced Price of $38.50 instead the 89.99 Dollars. when I stated that I did not want the Product, and that I was willing to forego the 4.95 shipping charge, I was told that the Product was already in their "Shipping Process" and could not be removed (another thing an Up and Up Buseiness would never say).
She offerd me an Address where I could return the Product as soon as I received it. Meanwhile, I am out the Shipping charge fror the Product to be shipped to me and I will also have to pay fro the return Shipping and will not have the Benefit of any Product. I hope this will settle my Case, but I am prepared to Contest all Charges, including Shipping, through my Bank.
This Company is obviously set up to Rip People off, to conduct fraudulent Business and to deceive People with unethical Practices. They know that no Customer would pay the absorbent Price of 89.99 for the Product on a ongoing Auto Ship Bases, so all they are looking for is to Rip you off for the 89.99, a Hardship for many fixed Income, elderly People that are most likely to be looking for an Artritis Pain Reliever.
By the Way, just like their Terms and conditions Page, you will not know the Product's Price until you order the "Free Trial" . People like Compeny President Mike Osbon, Compeny Principles Charles T HugginsJr. P.C., Mery Mrez and Joseph Testino belong in Jail! Shame on them. Do not Order anything from that Compeny!!!!! Ever!!!! The Compeny apparently sells other Products as well, such as VydoxTM, Testodrol, Frontline Mobility, Stamen Mobility and Myhealth and has presently over 300 Complaints lodged ageinst them at BBB (Better Business Bureau)
