Precision Toyota ripoff 2004 Sienna 4k over MSRP They then asked us to haggle down toward MSRP. Tucson Arizona
2004 Sienna's are hot and finding one is difficult. We had one reserved with $500 down. We had pre-discussed the price, we would pay MSRP. When the car came in, they marked it up $4000 over MSRP and added $795 for a protection package they admitted cost $150. They then asked us to haggle down toward MSRP.
We left to think about it and said we would return the next day (Sat). We returned at 8am the next following business day (Mon, they are closed on Sun) and they sold the car. They didn't call us and they didn't refund our deposit automatically. We had to ask them to credit our account. No apologies. I did talk with the assistant manager and complain.
Precision Toyota is greedy. I went to Phoenix and had a no hassle experience two weeks later.
