Edward Pena had taken $2000.00 from me for work and never started the work and refused to take my calls or refund my money. He had taken $2000.00 from me on Dec. 28,2015 and after he didn't report to do the work, I told him to refund my money and he kept telling me he would and a year later I have yet to receive a penney of my hard earned money. Edward Pena is a Con Man, please do not hire this man.
