This is my second rebuttal. This physician has been offered a full refund from the beginning. It's been 4 years. The doctor has not sent a request for a refund or a copy of his cancelled check. What else can a company do? We are very serious about customer service.

I regret if we failed to find a J1 visa position for this physician. J1 visa physician jobs program was cancelled last year. We offered a CV (resume)fax marketing program to physician specialty practices in the J1 area. We followed up with phone calls to find an open opportunity for the J1 visa physician. The practices contacted the physicans directly. We could not monitor whether a physician found a position through this program because we had no involvement in the recruitment process. I checked our records and have found two J1 visa physicians back on 6/10/03 and 7/12/03 had requested this service before it was terminated. A Pediatric Anesthesiology J1 visa physician and a Anesthesiology J1 visa physician which made it very difficult to find positions for them. (Neither of these physicians are from NY.) Primary care positions are mainly available for J1 visa physicians and they are limited to the State Conrad 30 program, (The physician must be a primary care physician applying for a waiver to work in a HPSA or MUA designated by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.). If a request for a refund was sent to us, I have not been able to locate it. Please send us a copy of request for a refund and the cancelled check and we will be happy to make a refund.
