Bought a truck off Ebay on 12-5-2013. I flew from Kansas CIty Missouri to pick up the truck with a cashiers check with payment in full. The truck did not come with a warranty, but I was told that I could purchase one within 60 days of the purchase. Greg told me that he would not recommend me purchasing one (a warranty) because they really do not cover anything and besides he wouldn't have a problem putting his wife and kids in this truck. Assuring this truck was in great condition and there was no need to purchase the warranty. I drove the truck from Arlington  Texas back to Kansas City Missouri with no issues. Putting less then 1000 miles on the truck, I wanted a warranty.  After several days of leaving messages for a call back, I called and finally had contact with Greg at Power Motor's on 12-27-2013  and he had stated that their company recently just switched to a different warranty/insurance company and he would get back with me on this.

After a few days of no contact from him, I have called repeatedly leaving voice mails for a call back. He never would call me back. I finally made a verbal contact after the new year and Greg stated he would email me information regarding the warranty and who I need to do that through. Days after that conversation there was still no email, no phone call from this business. Finally on January 8,2014 I got a email from Greg stating I can go through a company called Penn Warranty Corporation. Reading the information he sent I had a few questions regarding the warranty and tried to contact Greg on this and he still does not respond to my attempts. I did contact Penn Warranty Corporation myself and was told by them, I had 30 days from the date of purchase to get this warranty.

My complaint is that I had contacted him well before the 30 period to purchase this said warranty and now with Greg dragging his feet and ignoring my attempts of communication with him it's to late to purchase the warranty per Penn Warranty Corporation. I contacted Greg today 1-20-2014  and was told by him that he is still working on this and all he needs to do is enter the information in the computer, but right now is not a good time. He's super busy with another customer and would need to call me back. When I mentioned that he never calls me back, he stated for me to call him back, which I responded that he doesn't answer the phone, therefore lets just do this now being this should be a priority. I told him that I will just have to make a complaint to the Attorney Generals office and he told me to go ahead. (I did record this conversation along with previous conversations and have tried to attach this to this complaint and but get a message it's not a downloadable file)
