This company is too good to be true or real... When you are called in for an interview they tell you about the system and that you will make $500 a week plus commission. Not true at all. You will get paid by the hour like $9 an hour but you have to work 6 days with only one day off in SAM's Club. You have to write in a your hours and no overtime. If you make sells you get paid only what you made in sells and not the hourly pay but they tell you in the interview that you are paid both. So, they lose credibility on a lie to begin with.. Now they are using an app on the phone to record hours worked but they are only using the paper sign in sheets only. So, why have to app to record hours? Also they assign you a login and password to the app so they can go in and control your and adjust your hours worked. Something is suspicious!

Ok, the atmosphere is crazy it doesn't feel like a work day. You have to drive into the office everyday for 1 hour for a so call training and meeting for motivational pep talk. You never know what location you are working at or if its AM or PM shift. Why not just make out the schedule for a week in advance and have the employees come in maybe 3 days or less a week. Some of the employees are driving in for 3 weeks and still have not been assigned to a store. Filling out a time sheet for 1 hour. Ok, now you come to the office in the morning and you have to wait downstairs in a the building cafeteria for one of the team supervisors to bring everyone upstairs like an elementary school class. Once you walk up everybody is slapping high fives and screaming over loud music to begin training and one on one's. Youcan't hear the training because eveybody is in the room talking at once. After all this blah blah blah and CJ Young pep talk for the day. You are off to your store to sell. None of the team Sup's are maintaining their quota's but expect you to sell.

This company is hiring new individuals every week by the dozen but nobody is going to the stores.. They claim that they are growing but only have individuals in 5 or 6 locations. They have on staff an average of 30 sells reps but only 10 are out in the stores. UUUMMMM! I see people who have not returned after a few weeks and not forsure whats up with that. The individuals that are hired are people who look like they are fresh off the bus stop and are desperate for any thing. Charles Darden looks like an alcoholic straight out of Rehab.

This company has Multi level marketing written all over it with a twist.. CJ Young claims to have a MBA in accounting. All I can say is beware and really do your research before interviewing with this company because the money they claim to make is too goog to be true for Direct TV.. just can't be real
