I ordered DSL about 3 months ago. They said it would take at the most 2 months and that I would get IDSL(a slower version of DSL) because of the location of my apartment. I was fine with that and I gave them my credit card #.

Not one person has called me and given me an update about the status of my IDSL. I call my DEDICATED SALES REPRESENTATIVE(RYAN JENNINGS) and he said he would check on it and call me back the next day. Of course no phone call so I called a again and I was on hold for about 25 minutes and they said they would call me back once more and I gave them my new work number.

Well these idiots didn't write down my number and called my old work number, so I never got the message. I called again and they told me that they had no idea that I was getting IDSL and that a request was going to be put in today for Southwestern Bell to come out and check the lines. I called two days later and they said the report was just filed today. So I was pretty preturbed at this point and asked to speak to a supervisor, but of course no supervisor was there.

I have left a message with 4 customer service reps, my DEDICATED SALES REPRESENTATIVE(WHAT BULLSHIT), and even with the office of the president.
