The first week of May, 2000, my son ordered 3 items from PharmaGroup over the internet. He then sent a Postal Money Order for $130.00 to pay for the nutrient supplements, including shipping costs. On August 7, 2000, I contacted the company to request shipment of said products, which we had not received but for which the money order had been cashed. For over a week I received e-mails of form letters giving me the run-around with nothing but rhetorical verbiage. I politely requested either a prompt refund or shipment of ordered products. The company refused saying they weren't responsible for their customers receiving their products. So, we are out $130.00 and have not products either, and the company refuses to do anything about it.
