This is a letter I wrote to Mr. Jeff Leek who is an associate under Mr. Mike Cirillo who would not answer my calls or my emails, in June after the tree service had damaged my trailer, now keep in mind that the incident happened may 31,2018. Mr. Leek, The tree service you hired to cut the trees is not wanting to take responsibility for the damage they caused on my trailer , so now I am asking you to take responsibility for the damage done to my trailer due to the fact you hired them and did not give any of us tenants notice that they were going to be cutting trees that day so that we could prepare ourselves and belongings. I would of stayed home to oversee the workers doing this job , but instead I came home and found much damage done to my trailer of which I call my home. It has been over a month in a half and nothing has been done to fix this problem. My air conditioner is ruined by a branch that has punctured the radiator condenser, meaning it will not get cold any more. It worked fine prior to them cutting the trees. My skylight is smashed also by them. I have been patient but I want this taken care of and my trailer back to the way it was before the tree service came out. I have missed work because of this situation and trying to get it resolved. Sir , it is your responsibility to repair damages that your vendor caused on my trailer.I expect to hear back from you tomorrow regarding this matter.I will be contacting the department of housing and community development and filing a complaint due to the fact of the delay and the fact that we were not given notice and my property has been damaged. I will also be wanting the name of the owner of the park and contact information along with all of star management associates and contact information. I am told that Mr. vicente Cortez is the owner of socal tree service is that correct?
