PayPal Inc IS IT REALLY SAFE
I purchased a Brand new computer Hard Drive on Ebay.com using PayPal Inc. online payment and im a verified user.The seller never delivered the Hard Drive,but shipped something else.(A used Junk Hard Drive with a different name,don't no if it even work's).The seller admit's that there was error,and I never received my item.The seller won't refund.
PayPal Inc. after reviewing my complaint did nothing.No refund,hard to believe.The seller admit's that I never received my item.The seller's comment can be view by anyone(there was a shipping error no refund)it's posted on the internet.$76.08 loss...........you decide.IS PAYPAL INC. SAFE!I closed my account with PayPal.

all you got to do is read all the bad comments about paypal. i myself don't deal with them anymore - expecially after reading all the complaints!
