Circuit City Norwalk - Video Camera Warning
Be careful in purchasing open box items.
The sales staff is very vague and tight lipped when you ask them questions on what the open box item should contain.
When asked what items were included, they made me feel like I was a major inconvenience. When I got home, I realized I was missing a remote. 3 times now, the sales rep said it was in the mail to me. I have not received it yet.
Great customer experience. Similiar to a root canal while giving birth.
