ParValu took me too!!!
I agreed to ParValu's trial offer and was going to return the clubs too. I negoiated a "deal" with them and agreed to keep the clubs for $595.00. Not a bad deal right... Carbite irons and triax woods at a reasonable price. I then persued getting my credit from them and all they had to offer was their appologies... Namely AJ Sexton... Always ensuring me that the credit would be given to me in a few weeks... Always saying that I was scheduled for it to happen soon. I got fed up with that route and contacted the BBB. I had a person arbritrate for me and received a letter from the BBB informing me that they had found in my favor and that I was to receive a certified check from ParValu within 5 business days... That was several weeks ago. I received another letter from the BBB asking if I had received my check yet. I replied that I had not so the BBB sent me the paperwork to file with the court in San Deigo. To bad I live in NC and cannot fly there to file against them because I sure would like to. Are there any smart legal folks out there that can helpthose of us that have been ripped off by PARVALU??? Not sure where to go from here if anyone has any success or ideas please email me [email protected] I would love to be part of the solution on this problem that we have had with ParValu!!! Oh by the way the Driver got a ratle so I shipped it back for repair and still haven't seen it back from them yet... Sent it back in to them in December....
