Omni Airport Parking
Omni offers airport parking in Orlando. We found their website when looking for a cheap alternative to parking at the actual airport. Our first experience at Omni was terrible, long wait times (which we can deal with) but additionally, when we arrived back in Orlando we found that $14 was stolen from inside a change purse (with singles). The staff didn't even bother to hide it, we left the change purse underneath multiple items inside our center console, however when we opened it the change purse was on top with a wide open zipper.
Our second time with Park Omni
Being that we already had our second trip booked, we were fighting an uphill battle. We initially tried to cancel the appointment but were never connected to a living person when calling (888) 501-4806. Here is a report I filed with the Better Business Bureau: We parked our car with Omni Airport Parking. All told we have had about $40 in cash stolen from our vehicle when it was on their lot in their care. We also now have a deep scratch on our window that was not there before we parked with them. I took this to the alleged manager of the location, Christian Hernandez. I have yet to see or speak to this person. The only phone number for this location is an 888 number which is virtually impossible to reach a person on. The only other phone number listed is an international number that doesn’t connect. I suspect this company of many illegal practices. I believe they should be investigated as there are an abundance of incidents their customers have suffered. I want the company to reimburse us for the damage as well as the parking cost totaling $300. More so, I want to see them charged with theft and negligence or ultimately forced to close down altogether. It’s not legal what they are doing.

Lot condition and coupon codes
The lot was in decent condition, however, we noticed several scratches on our car when we got the car back. They are the absolute worst company we have ever dealt with. We've filed a police report and posted online reviews about this company.

Using Omni For Long-Term Parking Spaces
In conclusion, we would give this company 0 out of 5 stars. They are thieves and need to be closed down before they steal from any more people.
