PERMITS,AFTER THE FACT A SHAMELESS SYSTEM!THERE IS A NIGHTMARE ON ELM AVE!
Mayor's office service request # 04691 437 Elm Ave. Paved parking no permits 10/ 30/ 95. Owner will be in for pemits. Paving was done weeks prior to the service request.
Application for permit to alter land permit # CE 8935 no date. Contractor date 11/ 6/95 . Council decision {MISSING}. Buck County Conservation Approval {MISSING}. Township Engineer Harold W.Gans.
Application for street permit approved on 11/ 28/95 by Harold W. Gans.
The plans show 100 by 150 ft. But the fact is it's 88 by 150 stamped by Department of code enforcment 11/17/95. Plan made very poor.
Code enforcement submission sheet 11/17/95 says driveway. But it runs along side of the street. A driveway is a short private road. This is a parking lot!
Memoradum 12/ 4/95 File no.907079 Harold W.Gans Township Engineer. He writes we have inspected recent paving and it's from cartway to APPROXIMATELY the propery line. WELL THE PLAN SHOWS 17 FT. And distance of APPROXIMATELY 100 ft. Well now it's adjoining properties to adjoining properties 150 ft. Harold W. Gans writes installed to provide additional parking spaces for a legal non-coforming auto repair bussiness. On 2/15/96 I asked Harold W.Gans about 437 Elm Ave he said I never went out to the property, I just looked at the plans.
My questions were what about the Zoning Hearing Board, Township Council, Buck County Conservation Commission, Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Codes, And Township Ordinances.
I WAS TOLD THE PAVING WAS GOING TO BE REMOVED BUT INSTEAD IT WAS SOLD!

PLEASE READ the fax under realtors & There is a nightmare on Elm Ave! Under Politicians & LAWERS ! OFFICAL EXCUSES JUST DONT'T WASH! In my opinion.
