BREAKING NEWS. . . . NEWS ALERT . . . MAJOR DEVELOPMENT!
I was just now apprized by my lawyer of the MDL's order issued a couple of days ago consolidating all the class action cases against Ocwen and Moss Codilis and sending them to Chicago.
What this means is that the Hanson v. Ocwen case (in support of which hundreds of you sent affidavits) has been taken away from Judge Droney in Hartford, Connecticut (and all other cases have been taken away from the respective federal district court judges) and transferred to Chicago, so that that is where the cases will be litigated in the coming months.
All old discovery orders are evaporated, and there will be no decision by Judge Droney on Ocwen and Moss Codilis' pending motions to dismiss (which they would not have succeeded with, anyway).
I and my lawyer will continue to bring the firefight to the bad guys on everyone's behalf, even in the Windy City. My lawyer will spare no expense to fly to Chicago as often as warranted and will collaborate with the other plaintiffs' class action lawyers to bring the gavel down on those who would steal the homes and mortgage payments of all of us and who would shred the American Dream. We will get our nationwide class certified, and from there we'll get a jury to sock these guys their just deseerts.
Keep the Faith. The end is not too far off. We shall overcome. We're halfway there . . .
