Falls Church Imports in Falls Church Va Fraudulent Practices
In April of 1998, I purchased a 1995 Gold Jetta GLS from Falls Church Imports. I have had recurring problems with it ever since and finally decided to trade the car in. When I went to submit the initial paperwork for a new purchase, the new dealership ran the VIN number through CARFAx Inc.'s database. They found out that my car was purchased as "salvaged from a Maryland Insurance Company". The dealers at Falls Church Imports rely on a "no negotiation policy" in order to lure people in with "unbelievable prices". The prices are hard to believe because almost all of their cars are salvaged and rebuilt. By law they are supposed to indicate this and other characteristics to the consumer. As of this date, I am in the process of taking legal action. Please do not let them take advantage of you!!!!
