I, too, have been a victim of National Home Employment Services. Like the other report I read, I gave them on on-line check which they cashed twice. They guarantee that you will receive five employment offers within 30 days or get your money back. They have an e-mail address for their customer service, but it doesn't work. I did send a certified letter to their mail application address and after three weeks I did get my receipt back from the post office so I know that they have received notice of my complaint. I contacted the BBB in Illinois and they wrote back saying they have several unanswered complaints regarding this company and will no longer process complaints regarding them. They suggest contacting the Illinois Attorney General which I may just do.
