Motorola, Inc. MOTOROLA WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, UPS' MONEY AND THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR PRODUCT Chicago Illinois
I bought a motorola rokr z6 for my wife last year in 2007 and the phone got lost on UPS' hands, I called motorola several times and they kept on saying that they will file a complaint with UPS after I called them probably 10 times they finally told me that they got an answer from UPS. and that they will send me my phone.
After 2 months I still didn't receive the phone I called them back and they said there was no record about my complaint, well I filed another complaint and for the next 5 times I called them it was the same story.
I got tired of dealing with them so I filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and after another 2 months Motorola responded to the BBB and they said they would pay my $303.09 back in 14 days until now its been almost 4 months since they said they would pay but nothing yet.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM MOTOROLA YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
