Advertised a customized bracelet looked beautiful with great reviews, then you receive it, it's a piece of junk. Advertise a chain link and it's actually a rope bracelet and you can't with the naked eye see the picture, you need to play with your cell phone to see a peak of it. I complained they would not refund money, offered me a credit, I being innocent added MORE money to purchase what appeared a beautiful pair of earrings. Came weeks later and they are smaller than a dime, they actually would be to small for an infant's ear. In addition you can't hold them between your fingers to even try to open them which then they would probably break. They appear to be made out of a silver type plastic and were over 40 dollars. They have a "F" rating with the better business bureau I wish I had known. People all saying the same thing. Beware do not purchase from these frauds, you can't speak to anyone and customer service never most never responds.
