Merimac Capital Credit Contracts renew without written confirmation Ft. Worth Texas
Do not use this company for credit processing. Used this company for 4 years and paid all the outragous fees they charge without hesitation. Sold business 4 years after using them and called to cancel and they said I could pay the $499 cancellation fee or pay it out monthly at $53.05 per month until the following year and to mail a letter around the April 1st or thereafter to cancel the following years contract. Mailed letter the middle of April, with my contact number and lo and behold when I called to verify that they received it and had cancelled my contract on the Anniversary date of July 1, they never receved it and my contract had went into renewal on SATURDAY June 1st and there was nothing they could do nor would do. I still need to send another letter cancelling services and pay $499 or continue paying for another whole year at $53.05 per month. These people have no heart and are out to get your money. They don't care how good of a customer you were, all they want is more money. Their contracts suck and are outragous!!!
