Just Kidding Censored in America
On Oct. 3 1999, I placed an order for videos seen on TV. I allowed them to make a telephonic draft on my checking account for $25.90. This cleared my bank on 10-06. As of August 2, 2000, I have NEVER received the videos or a credit to my account. I have spoken with everyone possible at the company (MERCHANT MEDIA) and the company that debited my account (AMERINET). Merchant Media say's they never got the order. I sent them a copy of my statement showing the debit. They claimed they never got it. Amerinet said they would work on it. Nothing. Eventually it got to the point they were hanging up on me. I submitted a claim with the Department of Consumer Services in FL. They could get no response from the company.
