Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I just read your article on the web today and had no idea that this man has been doing this for so long. Well, he just did it again and I'm afraid he will continue to do it as innocent people like myself don't always think to look up companies before the make purchases. I didnt even know that he had filed for bankruptsy in 1999 nor did I know that a report on your web site existed until today.

However, just like you said in your article, I was pressured into paying for a long term membership only 2 months ago. (July 2000) Now I am out over 500.00 and wont be able to tan. From reading this report, it is unlikely that I will be able to recover any of that money. I urge everyone to check with the Better Business Bureau before making large purchases. If I had taken 5 minutes of my time to call, I would have found out that they had filed for bankruptsy before they sold me my membership.

I think that its not only wrong that alot of people are now out the money they paid. But its a complete crime, (I would call it FRAUD) for them to have sold membership packages KNOWING that they would not be in business to honor the contract.

........badbusinessbureau.com SPECIAL NOTE:

Better Business Bureau would not tell you that Mega Tan was in bankruptcy. Better Business Bureau never gives out information on a company. The BBB will either tell you "Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory" rating. (period) It's very hard for a business to get an unsatisfactory rating.

Consumers who have been ripped off should file a report, provide us with your contact information so we can try to get the Arizona Attorney generals office to reimburse you.

The Arizona Attorney General was provided all the information on our home page with over 500 pages of documentation of the Bill Groh trail of Rip-offs, the Attorney General chose to do nothing.

Those of you who invested money over the last several months should be reimbursed by their office. Consumers rely on our government agencies to warn us, certainly when they were given the information so may times and chose to ignore this.

If you have been victimized, please send us your contact information.
