We got a cell phone from my husband work, MCI, on the paper the plan said 750 minutes with 500 weekend minutes. No little asteriks stating somewhere on the paper that the 500 weekend minutes were included in the 750, meaning we only had 250 regular minutes, after our first huge bill we figured this out and got a credit.

While using the phone for 15 minutes straight it got real warm and died. I called to see what i was supposed to do, and the rep. said to send it too her, she was real rude and blamed me for breaking it, she said i left it on the charger to long and fried it, i told her it died while talking on it! This was the last time i ever saw my phone.

I called one month later trying to figure out where my phone was, they had no record of it being sent in, and she asked me if i had gotten a loaner phone and told me that i should have, but never offered to send me one. I left countless messages with the rep. I sent it to but she never got back to me. I finally gave up. My husband managed to get a hold of someone and find out that they had mailed it to an old address and instead of calling us they just never sent it out again. When i got my bill that was supposed to have our pager and cell phone on it, the cell phone was gone.

First off the guy lied to us about the plan, lied to us about the phone being free(they charged us for that too) and then i never saw my phone after mailing it off to be repaired. To say the least this company sucks.

HELP!!!!!!!!! I am totally disgusted with the service I have received with worldcom wireless. There have been several instances where my phone did not work for days on end. I have spent more time on the phone with the worst customer service I have ever had. I have tried to get out of this contract, but was told that I have to pay a $200 fee, even though, I feel they have not met their part of the contract. How do I get out of this? Any recommendations of a wireless phone service with good customer service and good product? N Grace [email protected]>
