HELP!!!!!!!!! I am totally disgusted with the service I have received with worldcom wireless. There have been several instances where my phone did not work for days on end. I have spent more time on the phone with the worst customer service I have ever had. I have tried to get out of this contract, but was told that I have to pay a $200 fee, even though, I feel they have not met their part of the contract. How do I get out of this? Any recommendations of a wireless phone service with good customer service and good product? N Grace [email protected]>
