On February 17, 2014, I went to Marlo furniture store and purchased a living room set which included, a sofa, love seat and chair and a half. I was told that all of the pieces were in except the chair and a half which had to be ordered, i was told that it would take about three wekks for the chair to come in. Afterwards I received a call telling me that the chair wasn't due to come in until March 27th if that, and then it would take another couple of weeks to get a delivery. By this time, we're talking 2 months. I spoke with a manager who then told me it should'nt take that long and that it would be in before March 27th, then I received another call from the store telling me it would be March 27th or later. I am outraged about this process because I had no idea it would take this long to receive furture and if i had known they had to order a piece, I would have opted out. I then called customer service to complain, big mistake, they have no sympathy for customers, they just want your money because I didnt get anywhere. Never again, if I select furniture in the future and it has to be ordered, Im running.............
