Complaint Review: Maricopa Superior Court - Maricopa Arizona

This report is on a subject that's very sensitive for me as this has been a repeating theme in the state of Arizona for me. To give you some brief history. To begin with I don't have a criminal history. I will be candor here and truthful. I have a moving violation from 2006 and Anchorage Alaska for accidentally running a red light. That was a $35 fine. In 2009 I had a ticket I believe if I remember correctly for failure to wear a safety restraint. Other than that I have no criminal history. I'm almost 47 years old. My first experience with orders of protection came about as a result of Arizona state hospital and certain individuals within that hospital from the top to the bottom including human resources had it out for me. There was other coworkers of mine who were paid to lie and in January of 2019 I was put on administrative leave. I'm going to be riding a very skating report on that but it requires a lot of reading on the reader's part and it has many variables and Dynamics it's a complex and complicated story that spans over a year and a half. However I was put on admin leave pending an investigation no one would tell me what it was about. Around late January I started receiving banging on my door at all hours of the night usually early in the morning. at first I thought maybe it was someone banging on someone else's door or had the wrong place however my neighbor told me that the police were there looking for me. This very much stressed me out. However when I would call down to the courthouse or to the police department in Phoenix they wouldn't tell me what it was about they just kept saying wait for them to show back up. A week ago by sometimes 2 weeks and there would be silence and an unexpectedly out of the blue again loud pounding on my door at all hours of the night usually early morning. I finally eventually was served this order of protection into my shock it was from my ex-girlfriend michelle.

However it stated on there that a co-worker of mine out of concern had gone to some supervisors and said that I was having thoughts of harming my ex-girlfriend and her daughter. I never made such a statement. I didn't have any car furthermore I was going to a therapy session that was six and a half hours round trip by bus as opposed to two and a half hours round trip by bus just because I did not want to be in the same area because I was heartbroken. However I had no contact with my ex and the people who had accused me of this didn't go to her right away or to the police they waited five days before going and when the police contacted my ex they recommended her going to get an order of protection. Let me stop there briefly. I'm going to flash forward to last year actually earlier this year excuse me. A situation involving a friend of mine has been being sexually abused by her father for many many years I was very concerned for her safety. So not because I could not go over there but because I'm not law enforcement I wanted the police to do random welfare checks on her and to just do it sporadically is to throw her abuser off so he wouldn't get comfortable.

I found out later on that these officers were recommending that my friend who I'm concerned about who I'm using law enforcement to go talk to them and check on her recommended her getting an order of protection on me. In order of protections for somebody who's been a history of domestic violence and abuse the person's life is an imminent danger and that person is imminent threat to that individual or the community they're not for people who are calling the police to do welfare checks on their friend nevertheless these officers recommended getting an order of protection. Fortunately this former friend of mine was intelligent enough to know that it probably won't stand in the courtroom. And she already knew how much pain and suffering at what loss I've been through because of these orders of protection.

Ugly enough this ex-girlfriend of mine was able to get orders of protection on me for 3 years in a row although I had not seen her since February 15th when I went into that courtroom dealing with the first one and the judge allowed it to stand not because I was a threat not because I made any threats to her but because he misunderstood an incident that took place the night we separated you see when women are doing very nefarious things and they're committing infidelity the last thing they want is their reputation to be exposed and when you're dealing with a person who's intelligent and acutely aware like I am myself we noticed a little details and it was merely a fact she didn't want to give me her phone so when I grabbed her phone she grabbed and she held on to it so tight it cracked but that was August 19th of 2018 I was now in a courtroom February 15th 2019 the judge did not hear correctly what was said and so because of that he said it could be considered criminal mischief so he allowed the order of protection to stand to my shock. nevertheless I tried to fight it tooth and nail and I soon discovered there was no help for individuals like myself. I had not threatened my ex I had no communication with her but she seized on a golden opportunity to silence me and to put distance from me discovering the truth.

The same situation happened in September of 2019 when I was laying in a hospital dying a girl that I had met at Arizona State hospital turned out to be not she said she was she was an addict a prostitute and very abusive physically as well as emotionally so I left her after being with her for a very short amount of time and moving in with her for only 6 days. Where I was attacked scratch hit bit and spit on not only by her but her former mother-in-law. After leaving I did not have any contact with her however February of 2020 when going to see another girl that I was dating who was doing the same thing when I showed up she was on the phone talking to another man when I walked into her house she was startled I was bringing her a gift because I've not gotten her a gift for Valentine's day.

However she was very cold and she said let's step outside when I went outside they were six Maricopa Police officers out there they were very cordial and very nice to me but they proceed to give me three orders of protection one from Imelda one from Amanda and oddly enough a third one from michelle. Both Amanda and Imelda did not want me to have weapons but Michelle said I could have weapons my BPM went up to 138 they were so concerned about me as borderline stroke they wanted to transport me but I remained uncannily and early calm they were very concerned about me. And I could not understand how a person is able to get an order of protection on somebody when they have not done anything at all Imelda ended up dropping hers a week later because she went to the judge and told the judge that she had misunderstood something I said.

Michelle's I did not really care about because it did not bar me from having weapons it did not affect my second amendment rights and I could seek gainful employment Amanda on the other hand had it to where I could not have weapons not because I was a threat to her because she knew those weapons were valuable to me in addition she knew that they were my protection from Street games like MS-13 who she has ties with and I was threatened by because I made a report of her fentanyl transportation and I didn't realize the people I was reporting on was ms-13.

So effectively disarmed me and made me a Target where I could have been murdered which made life extremely difficult Imelda was working on helping me get this set right by putting together documentation emails and text messages from Amanda that I had kept including a conversation she had with my mother in which she contradicted her statement that she placed on the order of protection by changing the dates in addition Amanda had this order protection issued on me September 3rd 20/20 however I was not made aware of it until February 2021 between September of 2020 and February 2001 Amanda repeatedly tried to get a hold of me wanted to contact me wanted to see me in the hospital claiming to be pregnant with my child however she's told my mom in this conversation that 6 months she had almost bled to death on December 12th which was a lie cuz December 12th was the day I told her to stop harassing me stop harassing my family and that if the child is mine at paternity test would be done but it would be held through a judge and through a lawyer but I did not want to have communication with her and no time does she ever mention that there was an order of protection issued on me. Imelda I had met on Facebook and from the surface she seemed to be on the level. However I noticed that Imelda had a very cool streak in her she could become quite verbally abusive. There was never any abuse between us that there's a lot of verbal exchange but only after I would leave her house and return back to Phoenix would it start. Because when a person is not living in honest lifestyle they're constantly paranoid that you're doing the same thing so she would start an argument with me. But the pattern I discovered and I noticed was she would always start a fight the times with her father's would come and get their kids because she has three boys by one man and a daughter by another when these men would take all four kids is when she was start a fight usually about wednesday. She would hang up on me she would block me ignore me and resurface on monday. In addition I caught her in several lies major lies and when asking her simply why she did not call me for example her and I were having a very heated erotic conversation to keep it pc.

And in the middle of this conversation about 4:40 p.m. it goes silent I'm texting her no response the conversation just abruptly stopped. I called her several times there's no answer I was concerned I thought something had happened around 6:20 p.m. she resurfaces and what she says is this

She says hey. I said hello are you okay she said yes. Much better now. She said I had an appointment with my massage therapist at her house it was at 5:00 p.m. and immediately I got that ever familiar sickening feeling to my stomach she says when I was laying there my mind drifted away and I imagine rubbing you down with oils giving you a massage with a happy ending she goes but don't worry she was completely professional I can say that I got some relief some much needed relief. I thought the statement and the word placement of don't worry she was professional and I had much needed relief was quite odd so she calls mess and you need to call me when she got on the phone the first thing I asked her I said well what time was this appointment she says 5:00 p.m.

I said you couldn't tell me that you were going to an appointment she makes a mistake of snap shooting me the address from her home to where this appointment was was 6 minutes from from that place to where she said she had gone to the gas station to sit and do nothing was 2 minutes away the salon that she said she went to go check to see if it was open to get her nails done was literally a walk across the street all total it would taking her maybe 15 minutes however we were on the phone 20 minutes and she was still not home. When you get accustomed to driving without your seatbelt you don't hear the ding sound after a while for 20 minutes I'm hearing this dinging sound so it means she's traveling she's driving but she's not home yet when I asked her that she went into a rage you see Imelda knows that I suffer from a complex trauma and one of that is having my things taken being falsely accused of things it severely severely hurts me physically as well as emotionally psychologically and she was very well aware of that.

One time she triggered me so bad I actually had amnesia for 3 hours when she contacted me after 8 days I did not remember who she was it took 3 hours for me to remember. But she kept doing the same thing hanging out with a group of guys hanging out with them till 3:00 in the morning supposedly not doing things that were nefarious however when I asked her about this she it was in a rage starts screaming at me about being insecure and controlling and abusive everything is guilty person would say. She got a job temporarily working at the casino when she got her other job which is full-time employment she could have dropped the casino job however she started to want to spend more and more time there. She brought me out to her house on a Saturday so she would be off work at 7:00 I did not really hear from her all day which was unusual however at 7:00 she was not back home 7:15 she was not back home but I noticed that she was off and on Facebook chat.

I called her and texted her several times there was no response finally at 7:40 p.m. she responds back to me and says that she was busy but she would be home soon when I asked how soon there was no response so the casino being 1.9 miles away I took the car and I drove up there. I first went to all the common areas that you can go to if you're not a paying guest or an employee she was nowhere to be found. I went to the area that she was working and they told me she had already left an hour ago. I went upstairs to the bingo hall and when I was there I observed her walk past with a male and another female instead of her coming out of the employee place where they would come out somebody had escorted her downstairs when she asked me where I was when she got on the phone she could hear the sound of the casino and I walked outside I told her that we will go to her house and we will discuss this like adults she kept calling my name like a person who's guilty and when I asked her why is your hair wet and your makeup done she says she was breaking down boxes in air conditioned space 40 minutes ago I said your hair shouldn't be wet like you got a shower or you were in the swimming pool well that pissed off she's trying to make a scene but I left we went back to her home and her son's girlfriend was visiting. She was going to bring the girl back to the mall to drop her off and her parents are going to pick her up I didn't know her son was going with her so I offered to go with her.

Once I realized the sun was going with her I asked her to let me out of the car she said and I quote I don't give a f**k don't tell me what to do. she wanted me to go up to the casino to try to prove me wrong to make me out to be a liar which is a classic ploy of a deceptive person she wanted to embarrass me in front of her eldest son so I would look bad so she could do what she was going to do next when I brought her up to the casino showing her she said where are the common places that she's screaming making a scene in there I showed her the store I showed her the restaurants I said these are all common places I had a job that I needed to attend to as a security advisor via the phone when the call came in she proceeds to leave without me and returns back to her home she grabs all my stuff and she brings it back with her when I told her that I needed to connect to the Wi-Fi to send these documentations over she absolutely refused and what turned out to be an hour and a half drive back to my place of her verbal insults which enraged me and I would yell which is the most I do.

Tylenol Imelda was a very very antagonistic extremely narcissistic and extremely abusive person but she understood one thing from watching the others that the courts here have a loophole in it where the judges have no protocol a person doesn't need to have proof of their allegation they can just go down there and get an order of protection on somebody and these orders are protection are issued on people like myself who are completely innocent haven't threatened anybody haven't threatened to do anything to anyone the last time I saw she slandered my career my military career just tore it up and down one side and the other and had the nerve to tell me that it was my choice to go in that I need to have hurt people stop feeling sorry for me that I need to man up on that and accept the fact that I chose to join the military which was absolutely insulting the only to me but to every veteran who has ever served that very much upset me she was going to drop off some sort of charger for her friends daughter who had left it at her house when I told her that she could come to my place she said she needs to use the bathroom I said well you can use the bathroom in my place she did a deep sigh she was aggravated see she didn't want to be bothered so she hung up and for an hour and a half disappeared is this supposed to be a quick drop off when I called her she would not answer funny she answers and she says what.

I said what do you mean what? I've been trying to get a hold of you said you'd be a few minutes she said I'm spending time with a friend and she hung up when she got to my place the first thing I noticed about her is that her makeup was not on she always wore makeup and her hair was done neatly in addition she was wearing a pair of yoga pass to have white spots on it and animal fur that was not her animal when I asked her about that she said she was painting however never mentioned what she was painting but there was no paint when I asked about what type of paint she became angry. When she touched my face she had not washed her hands and I smelt the smell of someone else that very much upset me and so I was asking her to let me out of the car but she refused to so we went to the store but we were in the store she went in the bathroom washed her hands removed the fur off of her and cleaned herself up. When we were walking to the car she opens the trunk she carried a bag with her a fun bag if you will but I don't novelty toys she only carried that when she come visit me but that was in the trunk of her car and I just looked at it and she looked at me and she said well I guess you're going to accuse me of cheating on you now too. I knew if I'd grabbed it she would create a scene in which the police would be called and I would be on the losing end of that so I didn't but I got back in the car with her to have her drop me off and she started in on me she started trying to record me when I was telling her to let me out of the car she refused to let me out of the car finally we pulled over to the side of the road and she says to me, what are you going to do choke me?

It was a pun it was an attack to hurt me because Amanda has stated in this false order of protection that I had carried her to the room and choked her and only stopped after she had one pure rolling down her eye please see the attached documentation of this heinous ridiculous order protection. So I responded back to her I said no I'm not going to choke you if I had no self control I would but because I do I won't now let me out of the car at which point she did and that would be the last I would see him Imelda until the court date in October of last year. She had a handgun of mine a 9 mm which I give it to her because she was a single Mama for kids for her protection however after discovering her infidelities after going to San Diego with her on 18th of August and her confessing to me that she hung out with a group of six guys and that she was sorry and that she needs to straighten up I decide to give her another chance however the moment return back to Phoenix she was back to her old tricks and at that point I became Fed up I didn't want to speak to her so I ignored her for 6 hours and what she repeatedly text me. when I told her that when she's ready to be an adult and discuss it like adults I will talk to her but until then I won't and she went off in the rage where she said stop texting me 40 times which I was all glad to do so as I did not want to speak to her I told her I went in my handgun back and she refused to give it to me. I also contacted the FBI because I received an anonymous email showing her having sex with two men and I know that she brought her daughter along with her and she called these men her uncle. In other words Imelda was self prostituting this is why she had over a hundred men on her venmo account which was for transference of money but like maybe one woman which was her sister because she was getting paid for her services and she brought her daughter along at times so I reported it to the FBI the FBI contacted child protective services. Oddly enough 3 days later after getting my weapon retrieved from her I'm getting a knock on the door from the sheriff's giving me an order of protection issued on by imelda. I was very upset about this.

However I diligently got 86 pages of documentation together and I marked them exhibit a exhibit b exhibit d exhibit e etc etc etc. I spent a lot of time and money getting this all together in addition to letters that I wrote in addition to letters others will including police officer who would recommended me for North Vegas pd. I also had another job in the works as a sergeant for an executive protection for a tactical security firm this all hinged on me having my weapons. So in October I believe October 3rd the order of protection was issued and I think maybe October 14th or 15th I went to the courthouse I did not have transportation out there I do not have a vehicle. The first two times I went out there I had to get a uber which cost $130 round trip. Second time I had to rent a U-Haul which cost $85 plus the gas.

So I do not have the means to get out to Maricopa to hurt her even if I wanted to but the whole point is I changed my number I know desire to ever see this woman again but what I wanted to do was show the judge the pattern that existed with this woman and her abusive ways however the judge did not want to see that. So when he gets in there he says one of you are going to go home today disappointed he said this can go three ways he said I can have it dismissed he said you're going to go home disappointed he tells her. He says I can have it stand he said and you'll go home disappointed he says or I can amend it to change it to a no contact order which is what I actually wanted that was fine with me I just wanted the ability to have my weapons so I can go do my job and have work. He said or you guys can work it out in front of me and I don't have to be involved at all and I thought even better. He asked me about it and I said I'm an absolute agreement I said I don't have any animosity towards her I said I love her kids but I don't want to see her I just want to get on with my life and and to move on come January she wouldn't have it though when he asked her she said no she didn't think we could work it out so he said okay we'll proceed. So naturally she goes first right because I'm the defendant she's the plaintiff. she perceives to start pulling out paperwork showing that you know ex-girlfriend of mine had had a order of protection the same one she was trying to help me fight.

She proceeds to tell the judge that I had violated the order of protection by contacting her she perceives to tell the judge that about personal sexual things that she had agreed upon trying to throw me into the bus but the judge kept shutting her down he said this is a hearing it's not a trial and so she sat there for almost 7 minutes quiet trying to think what she was going to come up with because she thought she was going to throw me under the bus and have me put in prison. What I wanted to tell the judge was you see that there you see when she's caught in a lie she doesn't think ahead so she's got the deer in the headlights syndrome you caught her off gosh she thought she was going to come in here and throw me under the bus but you threw her down you shut her down so what she's trying to do she's trying to think quickly but she can't if you were at home with her right now she'd be screaming at you in a rage attacking you calling you names because she knows she's caught in a lie but she can't do that in a courtroom. That's what I wanted to tell the judge.

But I thought for sure the judge was going to see things my way so he said I want you to take the most three compelling pieces of evidence you have and give it to the bailiff and the bailiff will give it to me. So I did and one of the main ones I wanted to show him was not only her reaction to when someone spoke to her intelligently but her consistent pattern as well as if he had turned the paper over he would have seen the last text message that was between us came from her two days later when she sent me a very disrespectful attachment from YouTube which was an installed. However the judge doesn't see this all he sees is that she said stop texting me 40 times in a row yes your honor look up a little further and try taking a look at the other piece of paper I gave you he never did that so all he sees is her screaming don't text me stop texting me. and he doesn't turn the paper over and I can see this getting away from me. And I was trying to raise my hand trying to tell him please turn the paper over but I couldn't because he's a judge and I'm not so I can't interrupt him and because I don't have an attorney attorney couldn't speak for me.

In addition she mentioned the statement that I made about having self control and not choking her the judge didn't understand that this was a conversation between a person who was trying to be insulting and hurt my feelings and me saying no I do have excellent control of my body because if I was like the other guys you dated I would but I wouldn't he didn't understand this it wasn't a threat it was a response to her tort. In addition he didn't bother to turn the piece of paper over to see that two days later she had actually text me although I never responded back after she went off on her narcissistic rage I just basically laughed and I sent it to my mom and my sister and I said see this is what I'm talking about. Imelda had admitted to me prior to that the first time we had a disagreement she said I knew you were right she said because you are the voice of my conscience and that's why I block you and ignore you because as long as I don't have to hear my conscience I can do what I do and not feel guilty. Those were her exact words. but the judge does not see this and so he drops the gavel on me he allows the order of protection to stand in addition he issues the Brady law on me which barred me from even going to a range which effectively took away my weapons which are my means for a living which effectively put me on the streets which effectively put me in the house of another abuser who had the police show up which I will be talking about that one in another report and they were going to shoot and kill me is what they wanted the police to do which ended up being on the streets at US vets US vets discriminated against me and the attorney general's now taking care of that situation. It end result lost all my possessions lost all my ability to get housing lost all my ability for gainful employment I am a veteran a protected veteran of the United States of America that I've served this country unlike that woman and the others which haven't and I have six orders excuse me six warrants issues for my arrest the most recent is in October of this year please see the attached documents. However the order of protection only lasts for one year the order of protection expires the day it was served which would have been October 3rd however I'm getting warrants issued for my arrest in October 27th almost a month after the order has expired because I did not show up to Maricopa because I did not get a notification because they keep sending mail to an address that is no longer valid so now I have six warrants out for my arrest I cannot afford that Bond and I can't get any help from anyone to help me in this situation of litigation abuse where these women go to the course and they tell a lie on an innocent person who's never committed a crime in his life to destroy his life out of pure spite and that they're doing this even after the order of protection has expired I will take this to Washington DC if I have to I will not stop my campaign for getting Justice began with US vets when they discriminated against me the attorney general filed an order of order of discrimination against them on my behalf I fully plan on seeing this through but it's only the beginning because I've been abused by the justice system here they've allowed people to abuse me people have mistreated me arizonans State hospital mistreated me people broke the law they violated my civil rights they violated my rights as a veteran my protective rights as a veteran and in this state I can't get a lawyer or anyone to help me.

When I'm seeking out of this is lawsuit or criminal charges being drawn up on her if I could but I most definitely need reparations and compensation for my great pain and suffering and I need somebody to help me with this situation because an hour ago I went on there and found out another warrant was issued for my arrest on October 27th that is 21 days after the order of protection expired with no contact because I didn't show up for a court hearing this prosecutor is hounding me she's trying to destroy my life she's trying to put me behind bars when I've committed no crime that's not constitutional it is not legal and that's not America.

PS as stated before I not only cannot afford an attorney as I am homeless and I don't have a single penny to my name I also suffer from three very very serious illnesses which I'm not going to stay here but they are fatal in the situation I am currently right now in this Civic position in the vehicle it's going to kill me I have a series of tests that need to be done a heart specialist I need to see as well as a blood specialist because they're very concerned about clots forming in my heart which Imelda knew about the stress of this has caused me is caused almost cardiac arrest a few weeks ago is caused severe emotional psychological financial and physical harm and it's not stopping it's going to kill me and it was going to happening in my last will and testament is my friend here is going to take up lawsuit against the state on my behalf if I pass because I can't get it to stop so any lawyers I can afford one unless one wants to be afforded to me but then I would have had to commit a crime which I haven't however they're trying to charge me with domestic violence even though domestic violence never took place. And I'm not going to go out there and deal with it alone because I do not trust the system here anymore I do not trust that I will not go to jail for something I never did and be charged with a crime that never happened and one time they said I'd violated the order of protection another time it said that I was out there the first one I was in bed with another woman thank you and the other one I was in a crisis center with no connection to the outside world because my electronics were shut off because I couldn't pay for them my account did get hacked my phone got hacked and messages were sent to my son as well as the family members claiming I committed suicide and died but that wasn't me. I since then have gotten a new phone and hasn't been any strange issues like that. But if anyone has any other suggestions on how I can get Justice other than maybe going straight to Washington DC and start pressing congressman about this situation please do give me your advice because I need the situation taken care of I will never be able to do anything in my life for something that never should have happened in the first place for something I never did to begin with again please see attached documentation thank you
