The team of two women claimed to have done an additional 30 minutes of cleaning. I was on the phone with my husband when they arrived at 1:40pm. So, I have it on my cell phone record the exact moment they showed up. Upon our cleaning bill, it said that they arrived at 1:10. I called Maid Brigade to ask if they perhaps charge for driving time. They stated no and I explained the error in the bill. They were unwilling to change their bill (only a difference of $33 but totally a matter of principle!) I told them that I would be paying for the three hours of service that I received, not the alleged 3.5 hours. The woman on the phone, who was not the owner, was extremely rude to me and unprofessional.
I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. The maids are will claim that they were there longer than they really were.
