Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company sells Vacation Travel Club Memberships(or other providers depending on which branch you go to). They over promise and under deliver. They put you in a room with a person who claims they are new. The whole time you are talking to this person loud annoying music blares in the background so you can't really hear what is going on.  After about 15 minutes a presenter comes in and all the employees leave the room and he starts his travel presentation.  He explains that they are whats called a Travel Designer and that travel is marked up tremendously before it reaches the consumers hand. Then he explains discounts that seem to be more than half of what a trip would normally cost.  After an hour of his rant the first person you had comes into the room and asked if you liked it, then one of their salesman comes in to high pressure you.  The price they quote to travel at cost is around $8,600.  This includes discounts on everything.  So he starts lowering the price by modifying your vacation membership.  He does this to try to get you to a price you're willing to bite on.

After you get home you get on the internet and look at what kind of deals you can get.  Unfortunately you can't get onto the website to see.  You're membership information comes in a few weeks later and you get on and find out that the prices aren't any better than kxxxx, pxxxxxxxx, oxxxxx (((REDACTED))), or any other travel site. In fact they seem worse.  Then you call in for quotes and they take 3 days and give you a quote on something you already found cheaper on a website that is free to use.  By this time you try to get your money back and they wont let you. You report it to your credit card company, they give you the money back only to find out 30 days later the charge has returned because these guys have signed documents of your participation in their program.

This company has been doing this for years. I did some research on them and found out that the state of Texas closed them down last year. They had sales centers in Dallas, San Antonio, and Ft Worth.  It was called All Inclusive Excursions and its owned by a man named Adrian Miller of Grapevine Texas.  Google him with any of the business names and you'll see that he is a con artist and has apparently done this since he was 18. He is mentioned by name on the Texas AG website with some of his other co con men. Rich Blaum, Garry MacDonald, Adam McBride, Tyler Waldrum, and others do presentations too and they are like traveling gypsies going city to city ripping people off.  Be careful with anything that makes you sign without allowing any research. If you've been a victim of these people contact the FTC or your states AG.  Again the companies they've done business as are: All Inclusive Excursions, Destinations Unlimited, Royal Palms Travel, Phoenix Vacations, Beach Combers Vacations, Grand Design Travel, High Tide Travel, and others.  The Postal Inspection Service raided them in Texas and are still working on a case against them. They settled with the Texas AG also and payed back a lot of money. Report them and help stop these practices and prevent others from falling victim like you and me.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
