Lighters Galore Plus
I placed an order for 2 lighters , one silver and one black, on January 19 2000. I received one lighter (silver) in good time but the other lighter never showed up. My charge card was charged for both lighters in January. The first week of April Lighters Galore said they would ship me a silver lighter but it never arrived.
I checked their web site which said dial a 800 number 24 hours a day for quick service. At 1845 hours Eastern Standard time no one would answer the phone.
