Upon sending them my $700 for my air travel and hotel i received a "confirmation" stating that everything was booked and ready to go !!
Then the day of the trip arrives, i show up at the airport only to be told that i was never booked for the flight. Fligh was to leave at 9am and this jonathan billie character just so happeneds to not arrive in the office until TEN. Long story short i then had to come out of pocket, to the tune of $485 (for a one way ticket) because LIBERTY TRAVEL doesnt have a company credit card to use. bullshit if you ask me.
SOO i paid for another ticket. plane ride(virgin america) was a great time...thought the trip was going to be smooth from there on in, only to arrive at the Mandalay Bay hotel to be told i DIDNT HAVE A ROOM in that hotel !!!!!!!!! another long story short i had to take care of that on my own aswell !!
Trip was a blast, having lots of fun, winning some money at the casino...THENNNNN i remembered i had to go home come monday, AND I DIDNT HAVE A TICKET !!! Again, they DO NOT have a company card and therefore could not purchase a return flight for me on Virgin America!!!
AGAIN, had to come out of pocket another 400 + dollars so i could fly home with the group i went with.
It has now been 3+ weeks since the trip and i have NOOOTTTTT been refunded a cent !!!!! Mind you i paid them 700+ for NOTHING, then had to spend d**n near another 1000 dollars !!! NOTHING has been returned to me and the avoid all phone calls as best they can !! I have called and spoke with that character jonathan bullshit... i mean billie only to be told he will call me back. !!!!!
SOOO...today is July 2nd, my trip was june 10-14th and i finally spoke with the manager, whom i might add is just as useless as her partner in crime. She tells me they will refund my money spent, which i rightfully deserve, AND THAT IS IT.
NO COMPENSATION FOR ANYTHING, THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING BUT TAKE MY MONEY AND NOW REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING FURTHER.
DO NOTTTTTTTTTT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL END UP DEALING WITH THE SAME BULLSHIT I HAVE. hope this opens your eyes to a bullshit, scamming company.
