Arizona Mail Order, is no better than Lew Magram
Arizona mail Order as of May 1st', has recently acquired Lew Magram Women's Apparel Catalog, after the company filed Chapter 11 in January. All customers who purchased anything after the January month, is entitled to a refund through the new owner's Arizona Mail Order. I ordered from Lew Magram on 2/15, the merchandise was delivered, however; I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the item's purchased. the merchandise, which was poorly sewn together. Threads were hanging from the suits that I ordered and the material was of poor quality. I shipped the merchandise back (2-3 day delivery), it took Lew Magram 30 days to admit that they received the merchandise along with the lies told in within that 30 days advising me, that the merchandise had been received and I was entitled to a refund. This information was given, while Arizona Mail Order was scheduled to take over (which this information was not given to the customers). Arizona Mail Order isn't any better. The customer service is just as poor as Lew Magram. I have to call on a weekly basis, after speaking with numerous supervisors, to find out when I will receive my refund of $328.54. I receive numerous excuses, rude agents, rude supervisor's, no on returns my phone calls left on their personal voice mail, you sit on hold forever, no one tells you that they are being blind transferred, while you are talking, which mean you have to tell the story over and over and over and over again. As of today June 5th, I am now being told that they will not have Lew Magram's old system up until June 15th.
If you want quality merchandise, honest and friendly customer service, Lew Magram is not the place to order from.
