Okay...let's just get this out front, I have no affiliation with Landmark/Bill Heard nor will I ever. I am 110% against their practices as a company. But I am a car salesman, and I won't stand by and read some schmuck say all car salesman are scum/liars/cheats...I ASSURE you we're all not. Some of us enjoy working with people everyday and making them happy, giving them great deals on cars they want and in some cases need. I have NEVER lied to customer, I have NEVER had a customer that wasn't satified with my service or the service of my place of business; and I have a stack of letters from each of them to back it up. Fact of the matter is that yes...there are dishonest people in this business that have no hearts, but don't put us all in that category. I mean, do we come bother you at work, Steve, and throw rocks at you while your mowing? No...get a life bud. And Stacy, I'm sorry to hear how you we're treated...it sux. You really need to go with a dealership known for their positive reputation, not because they are the biggest Chevy dealer in the world. Just because a smaller dealer doesn't have the exact car you want on the lot...doesn't mean they can't get it, it's called a dealer trade. Best of luck in the future.

NEVER take possession of a car until your financing is APPROVED and you SIGN the FINANCE contract, not the purchase contract. ALL car salesman are scum. They are trained in how to lie, cheat and steal. Thats what they do. Your case is not unique. It is the standard operating proceedure. I cant wait for the car salesman rebuttals.
