L.A. Fitness Corporation LA Fitness - Membership Resignation Hassle and Contact Number For Everyone Who is having the same issues Irvine, California
I wanted to share a contact number for everyone on this site who has
had a hair-pulling, teeth-grinding expereince with LA Fitness. Background includes my adult daughter joining and trying to resign her membership due to disatisfaction with faciltiy, management - etc. She complied by sending the resignation "form" by Certified/register mail to "corporate" PO Box (!) but continued to get invoices and billing notices.
Long story short, after calling all over the country, a very nice young lady at the corporate fitness center gave me a phone number to call - try it, it worked and there was a live person at the end who graciously agreed to terminate her membership.
Contact Customer Service at 949-255-7200 - ext. 3. Wait for the v-mail selections and hit "3" - I had to try twice but it is seems to be the magic/secret number. Good Luck to All.
