Kuwait Airways Service and Maintenance rude & filthy never cleaned their hands after using bathroom, air hostesses arrogant Kuwait, Middle East
I recently travelled by Kuwait airways to India. The plane maintenance was very bad and after repeated compliants nothing was done to fix the problem. The flight from Chicago to Amsterdam on 18th March, did not have soap in the bathrooms. This was immediately after take off. I saw the hostesses using the washroom many times and I wonder how they cleaned their hands before serving food.
Also, the detachable control for the TV was broken and when asked, the air hostess said it doesn't work most of the time. After a couple of compliants, my request for a cup of water was ignored and the food distribution was a total mess. I had requested for special food and atleast 5 different hostesses came and offered me the wrong food. It was more frustrating going through the journey for 9 hours.
The air hostesses were just arrogant with no customer service experience. They were busy reading magazines and talking among themselves than taking care of the customers.
The flight from Kuwait to Chennai on 18th March was very pleasant and all were cordial. The passanger sitting next to me had a mild heart attack and no help was offered to him. I requested the air hostess sitting next to me to do some first aid. Otherwise the crew was very pleasant and smiling.
