Three months after the initial warranty expired, the pool vac had major holes in it. When I called the company, their response was it is out of warranty. However, I went a step further and called the Executive Vice President. He was rude, and awful to deal with.
Although I did get my pool vac partially refurbished, I received a very negative letter and would never purchase this pathetic pool vac again and have advised others to do the same.
