 I have our this off for years now. And after reading what I did concerning the multiple multiple complaints on here, maybe I should have done this sooner. I hate doing this also, but I am writing this on behalf of ALL the brokers and clients that were defrauded through our group because of Jeannie Kerns, and as a warning to others NOT to do business with her. The group I used to be with had about a dozen to two dozen top brokers. Lots of clients. We hired Jeannie because she said she could do the job, keep up with the demand, and the price was good, if not great. We sent her dozens of files and NOT ONE OF THEM saw ANY results. She offered free services and so on. We didn't want free services, we wanted what she said she could do. And then offered a couple of years ago trade lines through one of her relatives...a brother in law I believe. Long story short, they didn't post. An even longer story, or company had to close our doors and website because of Jeannie's lack of performance. All of my group do not speak with each other because of this woman. She divided friendships because she couldn't perform. We all had to go get regular jobs in order to try to feed OUR families and ourselves. Through this whole list I see the same thing's and excuses we went through: "my kid is sick" "my husband hurt/sick" "my internet is down" "my email is down" "I didn't get your email" "your email wound up in my spam folder and I don't know why" and so on. I've heard all the same thing's you have. These are not the excuses of a professional business person. These are the excuses (a.k.a. Lies) of a person who didn't do the job, and doesn't have a handle on ANYTHING! So ladies and gentlemen, from US ladies and gentlemen, send money at your own risk. My personally opinion as a parent, mother, Jeannie Kerns needs to shut down her business, and get a job. Let her pull doubles at Mc Donalds or Taco Bell. Let her NOT be able to see her kids. That is a just punishment and reward.

I work for a womans center that helps women who have been abused by their spouses get a new start on life, this woman as been a godsend to me and many other women I work with. She offers her services to me and then at no charge at all and never asks for nothing in return. I am speechless to all of you who have complained over stupid issues such as not responding to emails or phone calls or even taking family time for herself. I beg all of you to contact her and work out your issues with her in an adult way. she is a godsend sent to those who need her. I pray that all of you do the right thing.

For writing such horse crap on a site such as this. She has helped many people in this industry. We all get behind on things it would not be life if we didnt. does not justify any of you calling jeannie a scammer or crook. for as long as we have done business with her she has never changed her email phone or website so whoever wrote that is writing to just to hurt her which is a pretty sad person and karma will come around for it

All of us who come here to rebuttal these crazy accusations are not related to her we work with her and are sick of people like you who do things like this to people who are good in this business

my suggestion to you is contact her and work it out, she will always work it out with anyone. that is how we know you are lieing about contacting her. 

stop spreading lies about people it is not right to do this to people who are genuine and care about people and in this business that is very rare

I am no way related to her or know her other than business and there is no way that she has not responded to you in 90 days. None whatsoever. This woman responds late at times but always responds. If she has not responded to you in 90 days then you are not emailing the right email. She has two emails and lets us all know to email her at the other if she has not responded. Many of us who stand up for her do so because we have worked with her and in this business and no people who write these just to do so. 90 days that is ridiculous and just in-correct. 2 or 3 days sometimes 4 but never longer. You should contact her and I am sure she would contact you back if you said there was a problem. Calling people crooks or scammers is wrong. Especially when it is not true. Try both her emails, I bet she will respond because you are incorrect about 90 days and no response from her.

 First I would like to say to Everyone of you defending her you are either related or very close to her and she most likely had you defended her which is not surprising however I am a victim as well and will be non stop to find everyone she has done this to and get everyone together and file suit. It's not even about the money but the principal. I have read numerous reports on different websites of her taking money from people or not delivering the services she has offered and I fell victim as well. I purchased a credit repair package which would allow me to service other clients sent her info on clients and after her timeframe of 30-45 days she had not completed anything I even gave her 60 days to respond Still Nothing I have emailed, called her , left messages Still Nothing Now it's going on 90days and Still Nothing. I had to refund clients back their money and explain to them why the service was not completed. All Jeannie would need to do is respond just to give conformation that she is working on things but 90 DAYS ? NO RESPONSE??? You make your business look like a scam. Jeannie works on what she wants to sends mass emails to you on a daily basis but won't respond to inquiries We all get busy but YOUR RUNNING A SO CALLED BUSINESS YOU EITHER NEED TO GET HELP RUNNING IT OR SHUT DOWN. YOU WILL NOT KEEP GETTING AWAY JEANNIE TAKING MONEY OBVIOUSLY YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS MATTER OF FACT YOU BEEN DOING THIS SO LONG THAT YOU THINK YOU WILL NOT GET CAUGHT CHANGING YOUR BUSINESS NAMES MAKING NEW WEBSITE I'VE DONE MY RESEARCH BUT THANKS FOR TAKING MY MONEY MY CLIENTS WILL BE SHARING THEIR EXPERIENCE AS WELL

(She did not cost you your business, you did, probably by charging people amounts you could not cover yourself.)

So what if the lady has delays, all of have delays. All of us have excuses. All of us get overwhelmed. That is life. In personal and in business at times. Stop blaming other people for things that are just d**n well un-controllable at times. 

I am a tradeline service provider myself and I go directly through a company who does all the uploading for me. I dont take 100% responsibility on the Non-Posting of tradelines that the company does. Its not my responsibility to do that. My responsibility as a 3rd party tradeline provider is to tell my customers just that. She does that and so do the 1,000s of business men and women out there that sell them as well. 

She will be the first to say that a couple of years ago her repair did not work as well as it does today. I am living proof that her repair works exceptionally well now. Anyone who wants repair done can request current proof up to that day and she will provide it immediately. She will even provide logins for those who do not want screenshots. She has changed my life with being able to sell something that works and provide a better future financially for my family. 

Whoever has written this is a bitter person and cannot take responsibility for their actions in their business. I am a man of God, a worshipper of all people. This or these people are not kind, nor are they forgiving or understanding in anyway. They are blamers, and want to ruin other people's lives for their mistakes in life. 

We all have our times when things get overwhelmed, I can say that I do, and I can say that she does not deserve to be ridiculed for it at all. She has gone days before answering emails I have sent her, but I am an understanding person, and would not degrate her or disrespect her for it. 

To those who do God is watching, he is watching all of you and shaking his head in shame for your lack of understanding and compassion.

I agree with the person who filed this report. The report that says NOT to do business with Jeannie. I've seen first hand who she's done. Or more than likely, what she hasn't done.

So she gave you free credit repair. Big deal. She also cost me MY business because she couldn't do what she said she could do.

You said everyone has problems with technology. Yes, I've had issue's too. BUT NOT AS MUCH AS SHE HAS. She ALWAYS seems to have issues. Been there. I have the LIST of emails. I have the MULTIPLE emails that I sent trying to get a hold of her. And not just for a day. BUT FOR WEEKS!!! I sent a few emails last Novemeber, and heard from her this month. JANUARY.

And the excuse "if I answered every email I'd never get anything done." Whatever! She NEVER got anything done. That is WHY she has all the complaints on here. I'm surprised it too this long.

And the fact that Jeannie has the NERVE to say that she bares no responsibility for Tradelines because she uses a 3rd party: BULL!! You told us that it was good. (And to verify for the original writer of this complaint: IT's her Brother-in-law that the Auto Tradelines were going through.)  I heard from people all over that lost THOUSANDS because of those lines. You are responsible for what you offer. I still have to refund, because I trusted your word Jeannie. Take responsibilty. But you won't, will you. It's always someone elses fault. It's always the "3rd parties" fault. Not yours.

She is well spoken. She seems nice. When I started she got on the phone with two of my Brokers. I had about 12 to 20 brokers. We trusted her. We sent her about a couple of dozen files. NONE saw any movement. NONE saw any type of "repair." No results what so ever.

I gave her 6 files last year. NONE saw any results. Matter of fact, one of them went to someone else after waiting paitiently, quit working with me (actually Jeannie), went to ANOTHER GROUP and got AMAZING results...which JK tried to take credit for. I would have believed Jeannie if I saw results on the other 5 files that were sent to her, and the MANY MANY files I sent to her a couple of years ago.

I don't know what Jeannie actually does, but it's not credit repair. We saw no real results. And it's disapointing.

Jeannie has an excuse for everything, and always will. I have offered to help Jeannie, but she said she had it covered.

Jeannie changed all of our lives also. We no longer do Credit Repair because of her. We lost Friendships because of her. I had to refund money because of her. And the people that left me to go work with her directly, came BACK to me after working with her a for a couple of months and said that she ruined them too. BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T ANSWER EMAILS, OR HAD NOTHING BUT EXCUSE. SICK KIDS, HURT HUSBAND, BUSTED INTERNET. Lame.

So those of you who have "over 20 people" in your circle who do business and whose lives are changed: We must be talking about a different Jeannie or more than likely, You're a liar.

So, I agree with the author the the complaint:

I don't agree with the Author of the complain, because she said that Jeannie is nice. I no longer believe that. I lost my business and my names ruined. She's not nice.

The Defenders of Kerns:

Changed life of him/her and clients: Liar.

Never had trouble since 2013 or in 3 years: Whatever. Either you don't send her anything of value, or you're a liar.

To the one who got free credit repair: Yeah, that's nice. She offered 10 reapirs. So what. Nothing was probably done. I have over 20 to 30 files with no results.

To Kerns: Not answering emails: It's because you have no honest answer, so you ignore them

To Kerns: I use 3rd Party. That's a rough thing to say about your Brother and Friends.

To all that defended her excuses: Put your name and money on the line, and maybe you'll change your tune.

Anyway, I'm done with her. Have been done with her. I warned her because people are looking to turn her in for fraud. I want nothing to do with her. I trusted her, and was hurt. No, Jeannie cares about no one but herself. If she cared so much about others, she would have quit this business, got a better hold of it, been more honest, quit making excuse....she would have helped us instead of hurting myself, and my former brokers.

This woman gave me free credit repair until I had the money to pay her for it. Being on a fixed income can be difficult but she understood and with no questions asked offered it to me and still charged me less than what it was on her website. 

Absurd accusation about a person who actually cares about people and not money

This is what was written in bold about Jeannie

Through this whole list I see the same thing's and excuses we went through: "my kid is sick" "my husband hurt/sick" "my internet is down" "my email is down" "I didn't get your email" "your email wound up in my spam folder and I don't know why" and so on.

 

The excuses below were mentioned in the complaint against Jeannie, lets go over these excuses for a minute

  • my kid is sick
  • my husband is sick
  • my email or internet is down
  • didnt get your email

Anyone one who has a family. Anyone who has more than one child or even one child. Anyone who has technology all around them. And anyone who uses paid for email addresses. Everyone of those so called "excuses' has happen to each and everyone of us. I am a father of 2 children and work for myself and have had to use the "my kid is sick" excuse many times to people I do business with. My internet goes on and off all the time during peak hours of the daytime. I dont have a husband but I do have a wife and she has been under the weather at times. How are these not valid excuses to have delays. 

Undeniably a person who is perfect complained like this.

I began my business relationship with jeanne in april of 2013. In a business that brings a lot of bs artists she is not one of them. she gives out so much information to us who work with her where someone else would charge and arm and a leg for if it were there information to sell. she has never given me or others i know who have worked with her bad advice and when a question is asked she will tell you if it a good idea or a bad idea. i have a good example one of the people i met in the business was wanting me to sell scn numbers that were age appropriate i could have made a lot of money with this  method and ask her if it was a good idea she came back and explained to me that it was illegal and all that could happen instead of telling me bs. she still continue to do this today 

she may not answer an email for days and maybe some people see that as bad business but in reality this person has done more for my business and other people i have referred to her than anyone else would have done she may not be the standard business person that these people writing this negativity about her wants but she is there when it counts and when peole need here to be. if being a good business person means writing negativity about other businesses then i am not a good business person either and neither is anyone else i no that deals with her.

I am doing this for Jeannie because she has helped me and many other people over the past 3 years. She contacted me and told me that someone wrote this about her and asked me to write something on her behalf. She has changed my life and many of my clients life for the better. I have gotten my credit cleaned because of her. I have became a different man because of her and I can count 25 or more people in my circle that will say the same. Maybe some people have a bad experience but there are more that have had good ones than bad. She is a life saver in my eyes and many others.

Yes there are multiple complaints on this ridiculous site - All basically the same thing - I dont answer emails - I dont do this or that - and you know - I dont answer emails sometimes because if I answered every single email instantly I would not get anything done at all - If I was to answer every phone call - I would not get anything done either - 

As far as tradelines - I have never uploaded tradelines myself ever -- I always go through a 3rd party provider I AM NOT qualified to upload tradelines - and neither are 98% of people who sell them ! But if I offer them I take credit cards only and if they do not post - IT CAN BE DISPUTED through the credit card company - I do not take wire transfers or nothing of the sort. and never have. 

I can admit to having delays - I am human -- Excuses that my children are sick or anything personal is reality - IT HAPPENS - and it happens to everyone - and those who know I am right - UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY. 

I go out of my way to fix anything that goes wrong, when and if it does - 

I do offer free services to those that are not satisifed to show that I am greatful for their business and want to make sure they are taken care of. I will not just drop off the face of the earth and never speak to them again. I dont work that way at all. 

I know exactly who this is that wrote this. So instead of writing this, why not come to me and talk to me one on one - I work every single day - I am here all the time -- ALL THE TIME and try to answer everyone as quickly as I possibly can... I am not a machine - I do not sit around and collect money from people and then send it to someone else to do - I am the one who does the work - Sometimes I do get overwhelmed and have too much on my plate, but that is how life is.. But I still make sure I tell people the delays -- I tell people GOOD or bad what is going on -- I have no reason no to do that.
