Ken Silver publishing rip-off dishonest refuses to honor money back guarantee Khandallah Wellington New Zealand
I purchases Ken Silver's "Honest" Lotto Link System on October 17, 2002. I sent him an international money order for US$37.00 with the understanding that I had 90 days to try the program and, if it didn't work, I could get my money back. He claims that he's not had any complaints even though he HAS refunded money before!
On December 28, 2002, after using the program for two months, I hadn't won anything so I contacted Ken Silver and asked for a refund. He didn't reply. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because of the holidays.
On January 7, 2003, not having heard from Ken Silver, I contacted ClickBank, the company he sells through (even though I didn't order through ClickBank, Ken Silver insisted that I sign up with them). They replied saying that they forwarded my concern to Ken Silver and asked him to look into it for me. He still didn't contact me.
I sent Ken Silver several messages with no reply so, on January 20, 2003, I told him if he didn't refund my money I would report him to the fraud and scam sites. The same day he responded (to my ORIGINAL refund request, not the other E-mails I had sent him) and gave me several requirements that I must now meet to get a refund. These "rules" were not part of his manual nor on his website.
I, therefore, replied and quoted from his manual and his website to "remind" him of the requirements for a refund, which I met. To this day, Ken Silver has not replied to my messages and has refused to honor his "3 Month Money-back Guarantee".
I am now reporting Ken Silver and his "honest" lotto system to the various fraud and scam sites, including government fraud sites (especially in New Zealand, where he lives).
So far, Ken Silver still ignores my E-mails and refuses to honor his money-back guarantee.
