Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint Against Jillian St. George, Communications Specialist And Julien Mininberg, Chief Executive Officer Of Kaz USA Inc., A Helen Of Troy Company.     My 87 Year Old Mother Had Purchased One of Their Kaz USA Inc., A Helen Of Troy Company Fans and sadly, the Fan is Not Operating Properly.   Is this the kind of product that They Make For The Public To Be Not Lasting Very Long?   Sadly, this is the Case for My Mother!   Please NOTE:  The reason of Why I Have Not Reported The Problem To Them Any Sooner is because I have been Very Busy Taking Care Of Her Who Just Turned 87 Years Old Last Monday, July 2, 2018.   Unfortunately, she suffers from a Prolapsed BladderLow Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs Which Affects Her Mobility and On Top Of ItA Heart Condition.   She definitely Needs a Fan that is In Good Working Order for Health ReasonsObviously!   All that my dear mother wants is to have the Fan Replaced!   She was More Than Willing To Exchange The Fan With Their Company if They Could Please Provide Her With A Postage Paid Envelope Or Paid Federal Express and/or UPS Courier Label.   Please NOTE:  I did originally write to Honeywell International Inc. and did receive a Response back from Kari Bouressa, Senior Technical Support Specialist, Social Response Team who assured ME that she was going to Forward My Complaint To One Of Their Executives At Kaz USA Inc., A Helen Of Troy Company To Get The Proper Help And Assistance That My 87 Year Old Mother Needs Which Was Replacing The Fan Of Course!   Sadly, that did Not Happen Because Their Employee, Jillian St. George, Communications Specialist Was Only Pretending To Want To Help Out My 87 Year Old Mother When She Knew The Circumstances Right From The Start,  However, She Was Only Interested In Playing Around With My Mother's Complaint And Of Course Doing Nothing About It!   For Example:  Jillian St. George Asked Me For The Model Number When She Already Had The Pictures Displaying The Model Number And Other Information That She Had Requested, but Sadly, she was Only Interested In Wasting Company Time, as well as Wasting My Time As Well In Gathering The Same Information Only For Nothing!   In Addition:  I have also Communicated with Julien Mininberg, Chief Executive Officer as well Who Asked Me Basically The Same Questions and also Pretended To Want To Help My Mother and Did Nothing as well!   At This Point:  I Am Very Angry, Upset And Pissed Off Over The Treatment Presented Towards ME By Both Jillian St. George and Julien Mininberg for InvalidSelfish Reasons!   I am NOW Publishing Very Negative Reviews Against Them About This HorribleInappropriate Treatment On To The Google MapsFacebook.comYellowpages.comSitejabber.comRipOffReport.comConsumerAffairs.com, the Better Business Bureau and Twitter!   Enclosed, in the attachments, please find some of the Communication that I have had with their employees for your review and further reference.   Final Thoughts:  Do Not Buy Kaz USA Inc., A Helen Of Troy Company Products Anymore!   Thank you.   Sincerely yours,           Howard Paul Shore Angry And Upset Kaz USA Inc., A Helen Of Troy Company Fan Customer On Behalf Of Mrs. Helene Shore, Your Customer   /HPS Enclosures:  Please See The Attachments For Some Of The Communication Letters That I Have Had With Their Employees For Your  Reference And Further Review.  Thank You!
