Katherine Cohen, incompetent, addicted "psychiatrist" Range Mental Health Center history of abusing patients
Katherine Cohen, D.O. practicing as a psychiatrist with Range Mental Health Center, noted by numerous patients to smell of alcohol while at work, appear to be mentally ill or under the influence of drugs, is often abusive toward patients or treats them inappropriately or using excessive amounts of medication which is often not even appropriate for the condition being treated.
Range Mental Health Center, for which Dr. Cohen works, has a long history of abusing patients in many ways, some of which are illegal. This needs to be stopped, and others who might become victims of this person and her employer need to know about it. Range Mental Health employees will not even send their own families to the place, which ought to tell you something.
Regulatory agencies have thus far been unwilling to take action in this matter. Action by others is necessary. This must stop.

As a patient of Dr. Cohn's for nearly six years now being treated for depression, ADD/ADHD, and alcohol abuse, I have never been witness to any of these allegations. I'm not in a position to dispute their validity however, I'm simply sharing my extensive personal experience with her services and my opinion. In my case she has proved to be not only competent but compassionate and dedicated to help me as well. I am having a difficult time believing the allegations in the complaint especially since the complaint states that regulatory agencies have not taken action. I would think that the medical profession takes allegations such as these very seriously and investigates them throughly. If they refused to take action, one would assume the allegations did not hold water. She knows how to do her job and does it well as far as I can tell. I have no reason to doubt her abilities or motives.
