K-Trans Trucking company Ripped me off my last pay check and ffalsafied my application
I worked for this trucking company for about three months, I did not have my cdl so the owner said he wold train me. I went on the road with him for a couple of weeks and found out it was a half a*s company, Blowing off weigh stations because the trucks could'int pass inspections, Drinking alcohol and driving, and a list of other things. So I told him I was quiting and wanted my last pay check, He said it would be in the mail. About three weeks later I get a bill in the mail for 1500 dollars for the training course when I never signed anything that stated that but what he did was take the signature on my application And zeroxd another paper together saying that I was obligated to stay with his company for six months or pay the 1500, but I never signed that.
