I HEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was robbed by the court system and my lawyer.I live in the county of bartholomew and I am a farmer/mechanic.A subdivision has been built next door to me and the people that live over there are the type that think that they are GOD.
I have had my land destroyed by several people that live their and this guy that has built closest to my house has put a protective order against me, and I have done nothing to this man. The cops and the judge seem to think this guy is GOD also, they don't believe anything I say, just what he says.
I have never been in trouble with the law EVER!! Until this guy moves in from another town. I have been arrested been put in jail and now have a court order against me. I told the truth in court and this guy lied through his teeth and he got ever thing his way.I can't work on stuff at my house after 7:00pm, I can't have my headlights on when I pull in my driveway at night, I can't start any vehicles unless I am leaving home. Can't even move them around on my property. I had to pay his court cost. My lawer was so affraid of the Judge that he could not represent me in fear of going to jail himself. So he took my money for nothing. The Judge would not here me and my wife's side at all. It was a one way street all the way.
I have no faith in the judicial system at all. I am supposed to be protected for this kind of stuff, But instead I was taken. I did not ask for these people to invade me, But I have to be a dead man now and not live my life like I used to. I talked to another lawyer, but I can't afford anymore attorney fees. I recently became unemployed because my company decided to close up.
It just seems to get worse and worse. I wish I could afford to fight back, But if you are poor you haven't got a chance. I feel this Judge was crooked and this lawyer should have given me my money back.
I need financial help to stop this neighbor from harassing me. He has now been video taping my every move,in hopes to get rid of me.Can anyone help me? I can't take the harassment anymore. If the judge believes his lies now, I am doomed. I want to fight back,but don't have the funds. Please Help!!!!!!
