Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We are a large Cincinnati based company that was in need of some immediate repair to one of our notebooks in the field in the Mason OH area.   It was a brand new (2 weeks old) high-end Lenovo Notebook.  It had a rather harmless (but annoying) malware infection.

We made a few calls to other service providers (geeksquad, cmi, pomeroy) and JR Computer was the only one that guaranteed to get us fixed and repaired the  SAME DAY.   OK..

The initial diagnostic fee was $125.   Fair enough.  Ron was super-friendly.  Like he was my best friend.  He joked about having beers later and "acquiring" some women later. !?!@!  WTF..?  and that the computer repair would be "no big deal" like I knew it was.    !?!@  Malwarebytes would have taken care of the problem, but I wanted an excuse to go for a "drive" and thought perhaps I might save them some money on some new repair guy.

I FOUND THE DEVIL.  What goes around comes around.    Fair enough.

Same day repair turned into Ron screaming at me when I went to pick up the unit at the time promised.   A day later..  "Your early.."   I mean SCREAMING.  We're talking Bi-Polar to the extreme.   This guy looked like he hadn't slept/showered in 6 days.  The guy is nuts.

The brand new (2 weeks old) unit that had a simple "Scareware" infection turned into i was charged for a new LCD screen (because it was cracked somehow when I brought it in), DOA Hard Disc (Which was fine before, unit booted up).  And the topper was my "RAM was INFECTED, must be replaced".   Also, somehow my AC adapted became "frayed" in only 2 weeks.  Another ****$200.00**** WTF  ?

The diagnostic fee was $125, I expected perhaps another $100 for the "malware" removal, but low and behold, Ron busted out with "all" of the "repairs" are complete and your total is $1219.65.      Yes, Ron replaced a perfectly good Hard Disc, RAM and LCD, AC Adapter and lost all my data for $1200 bux.   The pirated copy of Windows 7 was a real plus when he booted it up saying "Its all Good.., I did you a favor.."

The notebook cost $529.00 via Bestbuy less than a month ago.   Still under 30 day warranty.  I pointed this out to Mr. Denicola and he demanded payment for work I didn't authorize.   It gets better.

Ron freaked out.  SCREAMING and threatening me to pay him.  He threw what look to be other customers equipment on the floor.   He physically threatened me.  I called the police in fear of my life.  The police showed and their was a huge scene.  They'd been there before.

What did I get self into.?  Ron forked over some 3 year old laptop that didn't work.

The cops couldn't do anything but suggest a civil suit, although Ron PHYSICALLY threatened me when I refused to pay and suggested he was going to "Kick my a*s" when I told him his unauthorized repairs were overpriced, fraudulent and ridiculous.

I have someone else s unrepaired 3-year old notebook.  This guy is evil and he treats people like garbage (after) he has your equipment.  BEWARE!
