Took my laptop in to get the hinges fixed on 6/21. Asked about getting the $100 Diagnostic fee waived since you could clearly see that the hinges were broke. Was told by the girl behind the desk that she would have to ask the owner Ron Denicola. I asked because if I couldn't get the fee waived I was going to have to get some money in my checking account to cover the amount.



Two days later $100 was withdrew from my account causeing me to get a overdraft charge. So I went in to talk to the owner Ron Denicola about the $100 dollars while I was in there with my mom Ron felt the need to yell at my mom and me which I found very very rude since I was the customer. While in there he showed me the hinges that I needed to fix the laptop and told me they would be $60.00.



Called on 7/1 to tell them I had the money and they could go ahead and fix the laptop was told I need to call back on Tuesday because they were going to be closed Friday thru Monday for the holiday. Called on 7/6 and was told I needed to speak to Ron and they were going to have him call me never did. Called on 7/8 no answer left message no one called back.



Called 7/9 was told I needed to speak to Ron who comes in at noon called back at 12:30 was told Ron was out at a sight called back at 3:30 no answer so I left a message no one called back. On 7/10 had my mom call because I was at work all day Ron told her to order the part he needed $95.00 upfront which is $35.00 more my mom asked him if he could talk to his girls because no one told us that before right when he hung up he told my mom she needed to watch her tone with him.



Called on 7/15 to verify the amount since I was bringing cash and was told that I needed to bring the money by 12:30 on Friday I also asked Ron if I could get a receipt for my records and he got mad and said "Why Wouldn't You Get One". Took the money in on 7/16 and Ron told me that the part would be ordered on 7/19 and that it would take 4 days for it to come in and 2 days to put it in.



Gave him until 7/28 to get the part in and fixed and when I called to get an update Ron told me "I Don't Know I will find out tommorrow because I am leaving for the day. Called back on 8/3 and Ron told me the part had not come in yet I asked why because he said it would take 4 days and it been 2 weeks. Called back on 8/4 and Ron told me that the part was on backordered.



So finally on 8/6 after 2 months I went and picked up my laptop not fixed. Not because I was impatient but 2 months is long enough to get the part fixed. Heads up to anyone reading this in the Maineville, Morrow, Lebanon, Loveland Ohio areas Do Not Take Your Computer,etc to them you will get ripped off and your item will never be fixed
