In my opinion Mr. Ruckart is a professional con artist. He will gain your trust and set you up for the fall of your life.
He cleaned us out. We left the area and found out he had done this to 5 other business. Please protect yourself. Don't hire him as a Business Consultant, and Don't use any of his family members as your accountant. If you have ANY documents prepared by his attorney, RUN to YOUR attorney and have them examined for their legal ramifications.
